Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website prisonfury.com. It does not cover the Prison Fury game itself, which collects its own gameplay data — for questions about that, email business@knightwithoutarmorstudios.com — or the Steam store page, which is governed by Valve’s privacy policy.
Who we are
prisonfury.com is operated by Entertact LLC d/b/a Knight Without Armor Studios (“we”, “us”), a studio based in Texas, United States.

The short version
We do not ask you for anything. There is no account, no sign-up, no contact form and no newsletter on this site. Everything below is about data collected automatically while you browse, and it exists for one reason: to measure whether our ads are working.
What we collect
Nothing you type. The site has no forms. We never receive your name, email address or any other detail unless you choose to email us directly.
Technical data, automatically. Like any website, ours records standard request information when a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested, the page that referred you, and the date and time. This comes from our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and is used to serve the site, keep it available and detect abuse.
Advertising and analytics cookies. We run two advertising pixels:

These place cookies and similar identifiers in your browser and send Meta and TikTok information about your visit — including your IP address, the pages you viewed and a browser identifier. Meta and TikTok act as independent controllers of that data and process it under their own policies:
We use this only in aggregate, to judge which ads are worth running. We do not sell your data, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Links away from this site
The site links out to Steam, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and Notion. Following any of those hands you over to that company’s own privacy policy. We have no control over what they collect.
Your choices
Browser controls. Blocking third-party cookies, or using a browser or extension that blocks trackers, stops the pixels from working. Nothing on this site breaks if you do.
Opting out at the source.
If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with a privacy law (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you have rights over this data: to access it, correct it, delete it, and to object to or opt out of its use for targeted advertising. To exercise any of them, email business@knightwithoutarmorstudios.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
For the pixel data specifically, the fastest route is usually the Meta and TikTok links above, since they hold it.
How long we keep it
We hold no database of visitors. Server and CDN logs are retained by Cloudflare on their standard schedule. Pixel data is retained by Meta and TikTok under their own policies, which is where deletion requests for it are best directed.
Children
This site and the game are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top and, where the change is significant, note it on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
